BANCASSURANCE – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
(Code : Bancassurance - DB)
Key Responsibilities:
To play a significant role in developing the Manulife Bancassurance business with designated Banks and its branches.- Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank annual sales, business and marketing plans
- Train, develop and motivate the branch sales staff
- Identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.
- Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results
Requirements:- Experience of 2-5 years in Financial Services, preferably in a Bank or Bancassurance Division
- Possess strong strategic & analytical thinking, with experience in creating & implementing business plan
- Possess sales management experience or people management
- Demonstrate strong self-confidence and motivational ability
- Possess excellent communication skill
